As a Lead Esthetician at our West Farm, CT franchised location,* you'll join a team that's passionate about helping people feel and look their best through total body/skin care. And you have an important role to play in that mission as you:

• Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments that meet the individual needs of clients.
• Hold team accountable to results delivering the Massage Envy client experience consistently.
• Control expenses per service managing inventory or supplies and home care products.
• Become a trusted adviser for estheticians to help them pursue their career goals.
• Participate in new service and product launches. Massage Envy alpha an beta tests service protocols and launches new skin care products throughout the year. 
• Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.
